Integrity

“In looking for people to hire, you look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy. And if they don’t have the first, the other two will kill you.” Warren Buffet CEO, Berkshire Hathaway.

Integrity says I find value in doing the right thing. Integrity is the integration of values, beliefs, goals, speech and behaviour
Integrity has nothing to do with the imposition of external values but of inner values. So whether the boss is watching or not you remain true to your ambition, your work ethic and your sound business practices.

Try to please them all the time, not just when they are watching you. Colossians 3:22

Integrity is not effected by the context you’re in or the pressure you are under. It has an inner motivation and drive to it.

You will go along way if you hold your values and your ambition together. Right now CEOs, customers and team members are looking for this from you. Integrity is the value of promotion and success.

“In times like these men should utter nothing for which they would not be willingly responsible through time and in eternity.” Abraham Lincoln, 16th US President
